Moore & Associates (JRMA) have been utilized by “first time” customers, as well as experienced customers who have used the services or our competitors before using JRMA. We pride ourselves in offering the most accurate, cost effective, and value-added services, coupled with superior customer service.
Both new and experienced clients appreciate JRMA’s attention to detail. We will help educate you about the applicable laws and regulations that govern such investigations, and we stay on the cutting edge of such changes in legislation so that you know that you will never be out of compliance. This prevents customer liability.
Not all of our competitors are fully licensed (we are). Not all have liability insurance (we have ten times the minimum required by law). Not all have over thirty years of experience in the conduct and management of investigations of this type (we do). Not all stay fully abreast of all of the laws that can affect your bottom line (we do). Not all offer online and Internet-based ordering and reporting (we do).
We have competitors who may be less expensive. They may not tell you that they only utilize database searches instead of the more accurate in-person searches that are utilized by JRMA. These competitors may also tell you about “nationwide” criminal history searches which do not exist outside of authorized law enforcement channels (and even then are less accurate than in-person searches).
JRMA recommends that you not be motivated by price, but by value. JRMA offers the best value for each dollar spent because we do it right, we do it legally, and we customize our investigations to meet your specific needs.
